  I came to them with an electrical issue for a diagnosis. They ran their tests and told me my alternator was the problem. I replaced the alternator and it did not fix the issue. I brought the car back to them and they were unwilling to even look at the car unless I paid them for another diagnosis. If they didn't get it the first time, the second diagnosis should be free in my opinion. They seemed bitter that I did not buy their overpriced alternator, and were condescending when I came back to them with the same issue. They wasted my time and money, I will not go back here.
